Initiate Your Request
Log into your Boudio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
